Ole Miss alumni react to 27-16 win over Vanderbilt
Ole Miss moved to 4-0 on Saturday by beating Vanderbilt 27-16, but it wasn’t the Rebels best game.
Ole Miss turned the ball over twice, averaged just 3.6 yards per rushing attempt, converted just 3-of-13 third down conversions and racked up 119 yards on 11 penalties.
Former Rebel and New Orleans Saints running back Deuce McAllister was hoping Ole Miss would clean things up in the second half, but it never really did.
Slumber, but a lead Need a clean second half

But overall, the reaction from alumni on Twitter was positive for coach Hugh Freeze’s team.
