Water is essential, especially when it’s hot out like it was at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium last Saturday when Ole Miss played Alabama. Complaints rolled in after the contest that Ole Miss was inadequately prepared for the large crowd and didn’t have enough water and ice available.
Ole Miss apologized for the issue on Wednesday and promised to do better at the next home game when it comes to preparations.
Who's ready to drink 80,000 bottles of water? We will also have free water available around the stadium. Follow up from last week pic.twitter.com/VDgftKcuYd

Quick math shows the Rebels are adding 30,000 more water bottles for Saturday’s game against Georgia and will also provide cooling stations. Other complaints included long lines at concession stands and bathrooms which only raised the heat level in the concourses as well. Temperatures are again expected to be in the low 90s Saturday, and hopefully this time there will be enough water to go around.
