In one of the final tuneups before SEC play begins, Ole Miss basketball looked like a very capable team.
The Rebels jumped out to a huge early lead thanks guard Terrence Davis and never looked back as Ole Miss blew out Bradley 66-49.
Fitzpatrick-Dorsey, Neal, Davis, Hymon and Saiz are your #OleMiss starters. No Burnett or Tyree.

With the win, Ole Miss improves its record to 8-3 while the Bradley Braves, of the Missouri Valley Conference, fall to 5-7. It was the second win in a row for the Rebels, who last lost on Dec. 11 to Virginia Tech.
Player of the game: Terence Davis
Davis carried the scoring load for the Rebels on Monday night, as he finished with a game-high 19. 14 of those came in the first half. Bradley, by comparison, had just 19. Davis also flashed his range as he knocked down three 3-pointers on the night. Ole Miss also had Cullen Neal and Sebastian Saiz finish in double digits, as Neal had 12 points. Siaz finished with a double-double as he had 10 points and 13 rebounds.
Stat of the game: Fast break points
The Rebels had no problem getting out into transition on the night and they prevented the Braves from doing so. Ole Miss held a 15-4 edge in fast break points. The Rebels forced 17 Bradley turnovers on the night.

Turning point of the game: The closing minutes of the first half
Good teams know how to finish out the closing minutes of a half and Ole Miss certainly did that against Bradley. The Rebels ended the half on a 15-3 run that started with a Saiz jumper and ended with a pair of Davis free throws. It turned a 23-16 lead into a 38-19 blowout. Bradley never got the deficit back down to single digits.
What’s next for Ole Miss basketball:
The Rebels have one more nonconference game before beginning SEC play on Dec. 29. Ole Miss hosts South Alabama on Thursday before opening up against Kentucky.
