Ole Miss DE Fadol Brown isn’t on campus right now as he continues to get treatment for a stress fracture he suffered las season, according to the Clarion-Ledger’s Daniel Paulling.
Ole Miss head coach Hugh Freeze said Brown is in Texas for treatment. He is still expected to start when the Rebels open the season against Florida State in Orlando.

Brown broke his foot during the team’s bye week last season and missed the Rebels’ game against LSU on Nov. 21. He played with the injury in the Egg Bowl against Mississippi State on Nov. 28, and then he sat out the Sugar Bowl against Oklahoma State after having foot surgery in December.
He had 32 total tackles in 2015, including 4.5 tackles for loss.
