Ole Miss landed a major commitment from one of the most talented defensive ends in the country Sunday night.
Four-star defensive end Bryan Jones announced on Twitter that he has chosen to play for the Rebels.

The Baton Rouge, La., native is rated as the nation’s No. 6 strong-side defensive end in the Class of 2017 and the No. 8 player in the state of Louisiana, according to 247Sports.com’s Composite Rankings.
He chose the Rebels over his hometown school, LSU, and also received reported offers from Mississippi State, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas A&M. Texas was reportedly another leading contender for Jones’ services.
Jones is Ole Miss’ fourth commit in its 2017 class, which currently ranks No. 45 in the country and 12th in the SEC, according to 247Sports.com.
