Ole Miss landed a commitment from a junior college defensive end who originally committed to Ole Miss in 2015.
Rasool Clemons has committed to the Rebels again after spending the past season at East Mississippi Community College (Scooba, Miss.). Clemons announced his decision on Twitter Monday afternoon.

A former 3-star recruit, Clemons had received five scholarship offers, including offers from Mississippi State and Texas A&M. The 6-foot-6, 215-pound defensive end recorded eight tackles and 1.5 sacks during the 2015 season. His announcement gives Ole Miss 10 commitments for its Class of 2017, which is currently ranked No. 31 nationally and No. 9 in the SEC.
It may have taken an extra year, but it’s better late than never for both sides.
