The mannequin challenge has swept the nation, and SEC locker rooms are not immune.
Ole Miss became the latest team to celebrate a victory by piecing together an attempt at the new viral video phenomenon to share on social media. The Rebels beat Texas A&M 29-28 on Saturday night on the right arm of true freshman QB Shea Patterson, and Ole Miss brought the celebration back to the visitor’s locker room.
Check out the Rebels’ attempt at the mannequin challenge, which began with Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze and ended with the players breaking character and commencing in an epic post-game celebration:

Fellow SEC West squad LSU also submitted a post-game mannequin challenge video.
Ole Miss moved to 5-5 with the victory against the Aggies, with games against Vanderbilt and Mississippi State still on the schedule. Though the Rebels are without senior QB Chad Kelly due to a season-ending knee injury, things are looking up for the post-season chances for Ole Miss after the road win.
