Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly exited Saturday’s game against Georgia Southern after taking a big hit in the second half.
Kelly was shaken up after an incomplete pass and appeared to be favoring his ankle when he went to the sidelines. He was taken into the medical tent and replaced by Jason Pellerin.

After being checked out in the medical tent, Kelly left the field.
Chad Kelly appears to be favoring his left leg (I'd guess ankle), and he appears to be headed to the Ole Miss locker room.
