Chad Kelly had his invitation to the NFL combine pulled, but that may not stop him from showing up.
Kelly’s agent said the former Ole Miss quarterback may end up at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, according to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk,
“We are still considering the possibility of traveling to the combine along with Chad,” Kelly’s agent, Duray Oubre, told Pro Football Talk. Oubre added that Kelly’s main focus is still on the Ole Miss pro day slated for April 2.
Kelly had his invite to the NFL combine rescinded after prior incidents of questionable behavior. Kelly led the SEC in passing yards per game in each of the last two seasons. Kelly went down with an ACL injury in his right knee during the 2016 season.
The NFL combine begins Tuesday, and the NFL draft is scheduled April 27-29 in Philadelphia.
