SEC game weekends can be an intense experience. And it appears as though the meeting between Alabama and Ole Miss in Oxford had its share of tense moments.
According to a report from the Oxford Citizen, the Oxford Police Department arrested 75 people during the Alabama-Ole Miss game weekend.
As one might imagine, a good portion of the arrests involved alcohol. According to the reports numbers, 35 of the 75 arrests involved charges for public intoxication. There also were some open container arrests, and a disappointing number of DUI-related charges. You can review the entire laundry list of offenses on the Oxford Citizen’s website.
