NFL rookies are often tested early in preseason training camp.
Testiness and the pressure to impress coaches in the hot summer sun can lead to some tempers flaring, and that’s exactly what happened to former Ole Miss OT Laremy Tunsil.
In what is being termed as the “first fight” of 2016 training camp for the Miami Dolphins, the first-round draft pick had a dust-up with defensive end Chris McCain, which resulted in teammates getting involved.
Have a look at the encounter, which features Tunsil in the white No. 67 jersey:

While these types of things happen from time to time and likely will have no real impact on the relationship between Tunsil and his new teammates, it is worth noting that the rookie needs all of the good press he can get after a tumultuous draft day during which he fell to the Dolphins at the No. 13 overall pick after his social media accounts were hacked and images of him allegedly doing drugs with the aid of a gas mark were posted. To make matters worse, there also were screenshots of incriminating text messages with Ole Miss coaches, which Tunsil admitted were about receiving money.
