If there were any doubts of the athletic abilities of Ole Miss pass rusher Marquis Haynes, this video should quash those.
Every college football team has cameras set up to film practice and review later. Typically, that’s all they capture. But the ones at Ole Miss caught something far more interesting.

That’s Haynes who enters the frame behind a coach who’s difficult to identify from the camera angle. The unsuspecting coach is reviewing notes, oblivious to what’s about to happen. Haynes comes full speed and hurdles the coach, who is standing straight up.
Smart money says the coach is defensive coordinator Dave Wommack, whom the man in the video resembles. Certainly it gives new meaning to this retweet on his Twitter account, from head strength and conditioning coach Paul Jackson.
Its time to push past perceived limits and reach for new heights #NoCeiling

Based on the vertical Haynes shows off, those new heights are pretty high. #NoCeiling is right.
