Wow, Ole Miss!
The Rebels opened up a 24-3 late in the second quarter Saturday thanks to three sequences that were devastating for Alabama.
First, Crimson Tide linebacker Ryan Anderson was called for roughing the passer. Some on Twitter, like Duane Rankin of The Montgomery Advertiser, seemed to think the player tried to pull up before hitting Chad Kelly. Then on the next play, Kelly connected with Evan Engram for a 63-yard touchdown pass.
Finally, Rebels defensive end Marquis Haynes leveled Crimson Tide quarterback Jalen Hurts and forced a fumble. Defensive end John Youngblood returned it 44 yards for a touchdown.

Unfortunately for Ole Miss, Alabama came back with two quick scores to cut the lead to 24-17 with 1:05 left in the second quarter. We’ll see if the Rebels’ lead can hold up.
