Michael Thompson, one of the elite defensive tackles for 2018, teased fans on Monday by saying he’d unveil his top two destinations later this week, and he’s delivered.
The 6-foot-3, 291-pound Missouri product, rated as the No. 4 DT and No. 72 overall prospect in the cycle based on the 247Sports composite ranking, said that he’d make his decision on National Signing Day on Feb. 7.
For now, he’ll either go to Missouri or Oklahoma.

The Tigers have a leg up on the Sooners being the hometown team as Thompson attends Parkway North High in St. Louis. However, Thompson did take an official visit to Norman last Friday.
He’d be the gem in Mizzou’s class as Barry Odom has yet to secure a commitment from a 4-star prospect.
