The Missouri quarterback who announced his plans last month to transfer from the SEC school revealed his new destination to SEC Country on Thursday.
Eddie Printz, who was a reserve at Missouri the past two seasons, will play his final two seasons at Texas State University, his father told SEC Country. The younger Printz also considered Hawaii, Troy and Mercer.
Printz prepped at Lassiter High School in Marietta, Ga., and was an early enrollee at Missouri. He will earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the SEC school in May, and then pursue his MBA at Texas State.
The 6-foot-3, 205-pounder appeared in 11 games during the past two seasons.
