Parker, a 6-foot-2, 268-pound Class of 2018 prospect from Blue Springs, Mo., is the No. 10 defensive end in the nation and the No. 4 prospect in the state.
Parker’s decision comes just hours after the Tigers lost by 15 at West Virginia.
Missouri is coming off a 5-7 season and is breaking in a new coach in Barry Odom.
