Who says Mizzou basketball is the only program that can have some fun on the recruiting trail these days? The Tigers football program received some great news on the quarterback front on Wednesday when James Foster pledged to play for Barry Odom’s Tigers.
The Class of 2018 quarterback made his commitment public with a Twitter message on Wednesday afternoon:

Foster, listed at 6-foot-3 and 210 pounds, is a 3-star prospect from Montgomery, Ala. He is the No. 17 dual-threat quarterback in the country, per the 247Sports composite rankings.
Foster visited Missouri back in January, and must have really liked what he saw during his time in Columbia.
According to 247Sports, Foster received an official offer from Alabama last month and made an unofficial visit to the Crimson Tide’s campus in Tuscaloosa. He also has offers from Georgia and Tennessee, among others.
