Trey Baldwin will have to wait a year to see the field at Missouri.
After suffering two concussions during fall camp, the freshman linebacker will take a redshirt in 2016, according to the Kansas City Star’s Tod Palmer.

Baldwin was part of the Tigers’ 2016 recruiting class, and came to Columbia as a 3-star recruit from Cypress Falls (Houston) High School. He was ranked as the nation’s No. 68 outside linebacker and the state of Texas’ No. 127 overall prospect, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.
The 6-foot-2, 235-pound linebacker signed with Missouri after receiving offers from Fresno State, Illinois and Memphis, among others.
