SEC teams must play a Power 5 opponent in addition to their eight SEC games every year. Missouri kicked off its 2016 season against West Virginia, a game the Tigers ultimately lost. Missouri takes on Purdue in 2017 and 2018 then plays West Virginia again in 2019. The Tigers also have scheduled nonconference games against Idaho, UConn, Memphis, Missouri State, Wyoming, UT Martin, Troy, Southeast Missouri, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan and BYU.
Missouri is 2-3 on the season. The Tigers take on Florida on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 pm ET and can be seen on the SEC Network.
