Missouri dismissed defensive tackle Harold Brantley in early August after he “failed to meet academic expectations.”
It was a tough break for the redshirt senior as he tried to come back from a devastating car accident in June 2015. He was among the SEC’s top defensive tackles in 2014 before undergoing surgery for a broken leg and ribs suffered in the car accident.
Brantley has resurfaced at Division II Northwest Missouri State and scored an incredible touchdown on Saturday.
Watch as the opposing quarterback throws an interception before the ball is lateraled around the opponent’s 25-yard line, then lateraled again before Brantley comes around the end to take it to the house.

Brantley totaled 84 tackles in his two seasons with the Tigers with 12 tackles for loss and five sacks.
Any year when a defensive lineman can score a touchdown is probably a good one as well.
