A lot of teams are showing their appreciation for the military on Veterans Day, and a Missouri player’s message is one of the best.
Mizzou WR Jake Brents’ father is serving overseas in Baghdad, Iraq. To honor him and the rest of the military, the Tigers shared a touching message from the senior on Twitter.
“Dad, if you get to see this, I love you, and I’ll see you soon,” he said.

Brents and the Tigers are having a tough year. Mizzou is currently 2-7 and in last place in the SEC East.
But with a tribute like that, the Tigers are definitely winners this week.
