3-star Arkansas LB commit draws offer from Alabama
De’Jon Harris has done just about everything for the John Ehret High School football team this season, and picked up his biggest offer to date to show it.
Harris, a longtime Arkansas commit, received an offer from Alabama on Christmas Eve.
The 3-star inside linebacker that also filled in at quarterback, running back, punter and punt return specialist during his senior season, has also been a hard Arkansas commit.
Harris does not hold any other SEC offers, but has generated interest from Texas A&M in recent weeks. The Aggies had made a push for the tandem both him and teammate Michael Divinity, a 4-star linebacker who’s going to decide between LSU and Texas A&M in January.
Harris is the No. 45 player in the state of Louisiana and rated as the No. 34 inside linebacker in the nation.
