No. 8 Florida (6-0, 4-0 SEC) heads west this Saturday for an in-conference showdown with No. 6 LSU (5-0, 3-0 SEC), and several recruits will be tuning in. SEC Country polled a handful of commits and targets from both programs for their prediction of this weekend’s highly anticipated contest.
Check them out below:
Michael Divinity, LB, John Ehret High School, La. (committed to LSU) — “LSU, 34-14.”
Jeawon Taylor, DB, Park Crossing High School, Ala. (committed to Florida) — “23-17, Gators. I believe we stop their run game just enough to pull it off.”
Drake Davis, WR, IMG Academy, Fla. (Undecided) — “35-28, LSU.”
Emmit Gooden, DE, Haywood High School, Tenn. (Undecided) — “LSU is winning big. Anytime you have a great coach like Les Miles and an offense, you will be winning many championships.”
Tre Shaw, WR, Cedar Grove High School, Ga. (Undecided) — “I think Florida is going to win.”
Shavar Manuel, DL, IMG Academy, Fla. (Undecided) — “21-17, LSU wins.”
Other notable takes:
*Florida commit and JUCO standout Mark Thompson (Wyncote, Penn.)
