Just last week, Antonneous Clayton, one of the top uncommitted prospects in the Southeast, pegged Florida as his leader following the team’s comeback win against Tennessee.
Now, it appears the 4-star defensive end from Vienna, Ga., has arrived at an official top five.
Clayton announced through Twitter that Auburn, Tennessee, Florida State and Oklahoma — in that particular order — trail Florida. The Seminoles and Tigers were mentioned among his leading schools last week.
The 6-foot-4, 218-pound defensive end from Dooly County High School has reported 39 offers and is ranked as the No. 13 player in the state of Georgia. He last took an unofficial visit to Florida on Sept. 26.
