Breon Dixon is certainly a name to become familiar with in the coming months.
A four-star linebacker, Dixon is one of the top prospects in the state of Georgia in 2017 and has garnered interest from several SEC programs. And on Thursday, Dixon unveiled his top schools through Twitter. Tennessee, Florida, Auburn, Georgia, Miami, Oklahoma and TCU made the cut.
At 6-foot and 216 pounds, it remains unclear what position Dixon will play at the next level. He told SEC Country back in October that he’d be more comfortable playing in space and using his speed and athleticism to cover ground.
Dixon, who took several unofficial visits this fall, including stops to Georgia, Florida and Tennessee, is rated as the No. 12 outside linebacker in next year’s class.
