Steve Spurrier left his post as South Carolina’s coach less than three weeks ago, but one Alabama brewery already features a mural poking fun at Spurrier’s abrupt retirement.
“Coaching? Nevermind,” reads the wall art at Druid City Brewing in Tuscaloosa, where Spurrier’s face is superimposed on the cover of Nirvana’s iconic Nevermind album.

Alabama last played against Spurrier in 2010, when the Gamecocks upset the No. 1-ranked Crimson Tide.
Spurrier’s Florida teams in the 1990s were a constant source of frustration for ‘Bama fans; The Ol’ Ball Coach stole five of six meetings from former Tide coach Gene Stallings.
