Fans who tuned in saw one of the best defensive games of the season, as both sides turned in stout performances. The Crimson Tide held LSU to just two first downs in the second half. Alabama was able to scratch out 10 points on a stingy LSU defense and that was just enough for Alabama to win the game.
LSU takes on Arkansas next week, with the game scheduled for a 7 p.m. kickoff on ESPN. Alabama is set to kickoff against Mississippi State at noon ET on ESPN.
