Chatter about Week 6 in the SEC was dominated by the game that was not played between Florida and LSU.
But there was plenty to gather from the five games that were played, including a double-overtime thriller between Texas A&M and Tennessee. Did they shake up the Associated Press Top 25?
Texas A&M moved up two spots from No. 8 to No. 6 following the 45-38 win at Kyle Field. Tennessee remained at No. 9 in spite of the loss.
Auburn showed up at No. 23 in the poll this week after a convincing win at Mississippi State.
As usual, Alabama remained the constant in a crazy league, beating Arkansas 49-30 in Fayetteville. The Razorbacks fell six spots from No. 16 to No. 22 as a result of the loss.
Florida remained at No. 18 in spite of the impromptu bye week, and Ole Miss moved from No. 14 to No. 12 despite an actual bye week.
