Marshall, who is 6-foot-7 and 240 pounds, is the third-ranked player in the state of Massachusetts and the 27th-ranked tight end in the nation. He holds offers from all five of the schools on his list. Elsewhere in the SEC, Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri and South Carolina have also offered Marshall.
Offensive line coach Mario Cristobal and offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin are primarily recruiting Marshall on behalf of Alabama. The Crimson Tide offered Marshall on February 25.
An unofficial visit to the Gators is scheduled for early June for Marshall.
