DONALDSONVILLE, La. — LSU fans, he’s back.
Four-star wide receiver Stephen Sullivan committed to LSU over SEC West rival Mississippi State and TCU Saturday night at Donaldsonville High School.
The 6-foot-5, 230-pound Sullivan previously committed to the hometown Tigers in February of 2014 after attending the school’s Junior Day, but reopened his recruitment in August.
Sullivan took unofficial visits to LSU in September and twice in October, then took an official visit to Baton Rouge, La. on Dec. 11.
That was the last of three official visits that Sullivan took after going to Mississippi State on Nov. 14 and TCU on Nov. 27.
Sullivan is the third wide receiver in LSU’s 2016 recruiting class, joining fellow in-state product Da’Monte Coxie and 4-star Texas receiver Dee Anderson.
Sullivan is the No. 8 player in the state of Louisiana and the No. 17 wide receiver in the country.
