HATTIESBURG, Miss. — A.J. Brown may have needed a napkin for his mouth after being in Alabama coach Nick Saban’s office.
“I was pretty much drooling, man,” Brown told SEC Country. “He was talking the whole time, but I really wasn’t listening. I was just looking around at all of the trophies.”
Brown, the nation’s No. 8 wide receiver, is fresh off of in-home visits with Ole Miss and Mississippi State. Most recruiting analysts believe it’s a two-team battle right now with Mississippi State and Alabama. What does he think about that?
“People can say what they want to say,” Brown said. “Nobody knows what goes through my head, so until signing day, no one will know.”
In the video above, you can get the answers to the following questions:
1) Why did he decide to push off his recruitment until after his season was finished?
2) How did the in-home visits with Ole Miss and Mississippi State go?
3) Are any schools sticking out more than others right now?
4) Does he know which schools will get official visits?
