The college football season is quickly approaching, and we’re now close enough to begin thinking about Week 1 games.
On Thursday, kickoff times and television stations for a collection of key college football games to air on ESPN’s family of networks were revealed.
Included in these times were big-time season-opening matchups including SEC schools such as Florida (vs. Michigan), Alabama (vs. Florida State), Georgia (vs. Appalachian State), LSU (vs. BYU), South Carolina (vs. NC State) and Tennessee (vs. Georgia Tech). Five of which take place on Saturday, Sept. 2 with kickoff times ranging from 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. ET. The Vols play Georgia Tech on Monday, Sept. 4.
