SEC students take pride in their fandom.
They show each Saturday, get rowdy and try and help their respective squad to victory. It’s a dedication that can rival any atmosphere in the country. Well, except for two.
According to ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit, Penn State and Wisconsin hold the title as two of the top student sections in the country. Herbstreit did mention Texas A&M in the same category, but pointed out that with the team’s recent struggles, the Aggies slipped his mind.
But SEC fans, do you agree with this assessment?
The SEC garnered the largest college football fan attendance in NCAA history last season, surpassing the Big Ten by more than 10,000 fans per game.
Is a Saturday in Happy Valley that much better than a game day at Bryant-Denny Stadium, Sanford Stadium or Tiger Stadium to name a few?
