Fear these guys.
Just in time for Halloween, former Auburn running back Bo Jackson and former Georgia running back Herschel Walker made an interesting list revealed by ESPN’s Brett McMurphy on Saturday. Jackson came in third and Walker fifth in an ESPN coaches poll of scariest college football players of all-time.

It should be no surprise that these two are included on the list. Both Jackson and Walker terrorized defenses as punishing runners during their college years.
Jackson finished with 4,303 yards rushing and 43 touchdowns for the Tigers from 1982 to 1985. Walker had 5,259 yards rushing and 49 touchdowns for the Bulldogs from 1980 to 1982.
You could quibble that Walker deserves to be rated ahead of Jackson, based on those rushing numbers above. Still, it’s hard to argue with both players’ placement on the list.
