LSU continues to show its Southern hospitality.
On Saturday, LSU raised the South Carolina state flag and and another with a block ‘C’ to give Tiger Stadium more of a Gamecock feel.
This is just the latest in a long line of moves that LSU has made over the last couple of days, which includes sending the LSU team charter plane to pick up the South Carolina football team, handing over the keys to the stadium and the LSU marching band learning the Gamecocks fight song.
Remember, today’s game between No. 7 LSU and South Carolina is actually a home game for the Gamecocks. The game, originally scheduled at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, S.C., was moved to Baton Rouge, La. amid the flooding in South Carolina from Hurricane Joaquin.
