After getting ejected for targeting last week, Auburn defensive back Blake Countess must have practiced legal tackles during the week.
Countess crushed LSU tight end Colin Jeter as he went up for a pass over the middle in the second quarter.
No one is getting ejected this time, but Jeter left the game and was tested for a concussion. He returned on LSU’s next drive.
Jeter had a one-yard touchdown catch from Brandon Harris in the first quarter to put LSU up 14-0.
