July 21 looks like it will be the first day that residents and fans can make bets on sporting events from the more than 35 casinos in Mississippi.
Mississippi is now the fourth state to legalize sports betting, joining Nevada, Delaware and New Jersey. Delaware and New Jersey opened sports books up for business earlier this month.
