Another edition of the College Football Playoff rankings has been released as we head into the final week of the regular season.
Naturally, national media members had plenty to say about the latest edition, which featured Alabama at No. 1, and Miami jumping Clemson for the No. 2 spot. Twitter was especially abuzz following the release of the rankings.
SEC Country has collected some of the most notable national media reactions below:
I can't wait to hear the reasoning for why 10-0 UCF is behind 8-3 Mississippi State with losses to Bama/Georgia/Auburn by a combined 74 points? Must have been those big recent wins vs. UMass and Arkansas.

At the rate this is going UCF will be out of the Top 25 if they win their next two games https://t.co/IQ20rSQtDR

Is Wisconsin definitely in if it's with 12-1 Georgia and 12-1 Alabama for two slots? I just can't go there with the committee yet.

The committee can expand the playoff to 8 teams (like many want) and a G5 still can't get in. They can't even sniff the top 10.

Ohio St OUT (Iowa)
Okla OUT (ISU)
UGA OUT (Auburn)
Aub OUT (lost to Clem which lost to Cuse)
USC OUT (Pac-12 stinks)
UCF IN (give ‘em a chance)
