The nation’s No. 2 inside linebacker is set to announce his commitment next month.
Rahshaun Smith, the nation’s No. 2 inside linebacker, is down to Auburn, LSU, Oregon, Maryland and Clemson, according to Corey Bender of Scout.com. He will announce his commitment at the Under Armour All-American game on Jan. 2.
Smith, who was a one-time Clemson commit before re-opening his recruitment back in August, will take an official visit to the school this weekend. All of the schools in the mix have already received official visits from Smith.
The 6-foot-3, 239-pounder is rated as the nation’s No. 73 overall prospect.
