METAIRIE, La. — It’s official; the visits are scheduled.
Kristian Fulton, the nation’s No. 4 cornerback and one of the top two uncommitted players at his position, has scheduled four official visits for the month of January.
The highly-touted SEC target is set to make official visits to either LSU or Miami on Jan. 15; Arkansas on Jan. 22; and Florida on Jan. 29.
Additionally, Fulton has decided not to be an early enrollee and will announce his final decision on National Signing Day (Feb. 3, 2016).
Fulton originally revealed that Florida, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, UGA and Arkansas were the favorites to receive official visits.
Whether or not LSU receives an official visit may not hold much weight, as Louisiana’s No. 3-rated player already made two unofficial trips to Baton Rouge, La. in September.
Additionally, Fulton received in-home visits from Arkansas, LSU, Florida, Mississippi State and Texas A&M in the past month.
After receiving his Under Armour All-American jersey in November, Fulton told SEC Country Arkansas had gained a lot of momentum. The 4-star prospect was intrigued by the possibility that he could be coached by Razorbacks defensive backs coach Clay Jennings.
It also helps that Fulton’s longtime Archbishop Rummel High School (Metairie, La.) teammate, 4-star defensive tackle Briston Guidry, is an Arkansas commit.
