The Rebels (8-3, 5-2 SEC) jumped from No. 25 to No. 19 in the latest AP Top 25 rankings, while Mississippi State (8-3, 4-3 SEC) found itself at No. 23 on Sunday after dropping out last week.
The teams will meet in Starkville at 7:15 p.m. ET on Saturday. The home team has won four straight in the series, including a 31-17 triumph for the Rebels last season in Oxford.
