It’s nearly bowl season.
As we enter Week 12 of the regular season, eight SEC teams have already qualified for bowl eligibility: Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Texas A&M and Arkansas.
The TaxSlayer Bowl announced via Twitter on Wednesday that it is considering three of those above mentioned programs.

In SEC Country’s latest bowl projections roundup, Florida was the only team projected to play in the TaxSlayer Bowl. The Gators were also predicted to possibly play in the Outback or Citrus Bowl.
Auburn’s projections included the Outback, Citrus and Liberty Bowls, while many predicted LSU to land in a New Year’s Six bowl.
The TaxSlayer Bowl will be played on Dec. 31 at EverBank Field. Georgia represented the SEC in the bowl last season, topping Penn State in Jacksonville, Fla.
