Tennessee commit on Saturday’s game: “I think it’ll be 21-10 Tennessee”
Missouri (5-5, 1-5 SEC) has a chance to become bowl eligible when it hosts Tennessee on Saturday. The Vols (6-4, 3-3 SEC) have a chance to improve their bowl standing.
Yet there’s even more at stake for both teams. Missouri is trying to put a trying month behind it. Tennessee is trying to post its best regular-season record since 2007.
Ahead of the game, SEC Country polled some prospects to see what they thought would happen Saturday:
Jeff George, 2016 3-star junior college prospect (Tennessee commit): “I think (Tennessee) will play real well. I think they’ll get the ‘W.’ They say Missouri has a really good defense, but I think (Tennessee) will be ready for that and get the ‘W.’”
Caron Baham, 2016 3-star athlete (Missouri commit): “I think this week with the things going on (at Missouri), I think the seniors have probably stepped up by now and came with some pretty intense senior leadership and they’ll pull it off this week. I think Missouri wins. If not it will be a close game.”
Brandon Johnson, 2016 3-star receiver (Tennessee commit): “UT is going to win. No (score) prediction but (Tennessee quarterback) Josh Dobbs (will be the most valuable player).”
Cade Mays, 2018 offensive lineman (Tennessee commit): “I think it’ll be 21-10 Tennessee just because the defenses are so solid.”
Tee Higgins, 2017 4-star receiver (Tennessee commit): “(Tennessee) win.”
