Former Mississippi State football signee headed to SEC West rival
One of Mississippi State’s former football signees is headed to another SEC school.
T.D. Moton, a 3-star defensive tackle who signed with Mississippi State in February but did not qualify, tweeted out on Tuesday that he has committed to SEC West rival Texas A&M.
I'm officially a Texas A&M Aggie just got off the phone with Coach Sumlin/Defensive Staff thank y'all for the opportunity! #Gigem ?

Moton has had a whirlwind recruiting process. He originally committed to Alabama and made a last-minute switch to sign with Mississippi State last February. However, Moton was never cleared academically to play for Mississippi State.
The 6-foot-2, 310-pound Moton is from Shreveport, La., and he was rated as the state’s No. 22 overall prospect for 2015. He is Texas A&M’s commit No. 17 for this year’s class.
