Which SEC school charges its students the most to attend football games in the fall?
Thanks to Scout.com writer Bryan Matecun, who conducted an analysis of the student ticket prices for the SEC, we have a definitive answer.
Texas A&M take the crown for the most expensive SEC student tickets at $290, but that number does include admission to basketball games as well.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Kentucky has the lowest football ticket price at $35 per student in spite of recently spending $45 million on a new football training facility and recently renovating Commonwealth Stadium.
Missouri ranked behind the Aggies as the second-most expensive football ticket in the league with $165 for football only, followed closely by Auburn at $155.
The analysis did not include a 2016 price on Georgia tickets, but the $56 total from 2015 offered one of the best values in terms of on-field product.
Alabama students may have received the best bargain in the league, though, with a $70 price tag on a chance to watch the defending national champions during a season in which the Iron Bowl is in Tuscaloosa.
Vanderbilt and South Carolina roll the cost of football tickets into the cost of tuition for students. Check out the complete list of prices here.
