We’ve all had bad days. And former Ole Miss and Auburn coach Tommy Tuberville had one of those days on Saturday.
The Cincinnati coach was on the losing end of a 20-3 score when his Bearcats hosted BYU. In the moments following the disappointing loss, it appears as though Tuberville let the frustration of the moment get the best of him and he lashed out at a fan, who appeared to be heckling him from the stands as he made his way back to the locker room.
Tuberville can be heard telling the fan to “go to hell” and to “get a job.” You can see the clip here:

The loss dropped Cincinnati’s record to 4-5 on the season. Tuberville, now 62, is in his fourth season with the Bearcats. He has a 29-20 record with the program after taking over for Tennessee coach Butch Jones for the 2013 season.
Tuberville was the head coach at Ole Miss from 1995-98, where he accumulated a 25-20 record, and also at Auburn from 1999-2008 (85-40 record for the Tigers). He arrived at Cincinnati in 2013 after a three-year stint with Texas Tech.
