For SEC fans who are fans of Charlie Strong, this is a tough clip to watch.
The Texas head coach, who spent 22 seasons as an assistant in the SEC, already was on the hot seat for his performance in Austin. And after a shocking overtime loss to Kansas on Saturday, the seat may as well be on fire.
In the moments following the crushing defeat, the former Florida and South Carolina defensive coordinator was asked directly what the loss meant for his future at Texas. His response is really tough to watch:

The Longhorns dropped to 5-6 after a 24-21 overtime loss to the Jayhawks, who entered the contest without a Big 12 win and a 1-9 overall record.
It’s bad news for Strong, who missed a bowl last season with a 5-7 record. Stay tuned for more news on his coaching fate in the coming hours and days.
