COLUMBIA, S.C. — South Carolina will be without wide receivers Bryan Edwards and Deebo Samuel for Saturday’s game vs. Texas A&M.
Both were listed as game-time decisions with hamstring injuries before the Gamecocks (2-2, 1-2 SEC) arrived to Williams-Brice Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Neither is dressed for pregame warmups.
Samuel, who also missed most of last season with a hamstring injury, is out for the third time this season. Edwards, the team’s leading receiver with 223 yards, is missing his first contest.
Earlier in the week, coach Will Muschamp declared out freshman wide receiver Randrecous Davis (hamstring), so South Carolina is without three starting wide receivers.
