The 6-foot-3, 205-pound prospect is ranked as the No. 63 wide receiver in the class of 2017. Terrell committed to South Carolina over offers from Oregon and N.C. State.
Earlier this season, he took an official visit to Oregon. South Carolina hasn’t hosted him for a visit since the summer.
Through nine games this season, Terrell has 55 catches for 1,077 yards and 15 touchdowns. As a junior, he caught 51 passes for 826 yards and 10 touchdowns.
With OrTre Smith, who’s listed at 6-foot-3, 205 pounds, Terrell is another big target for the Gamecocks vertical passing game, something that’s in short supply on the current roster.
