Chris Lammons had his biggest game at South Carolina on Saturday.
As a result, the junior cornerback snagged himself a little hardware in the form of a big, gold championship belt with the words “effort” and “production” on it.

“Each week we have a production belt, whoever the highest production guy is on the defensive side of the ball gets a belt,” coach Will Muschamp said on the SEC teleconference. “They wear it until someone else gets it from them as far as the production in each game. We talk in terms of effort and production. That’s something the guys really battle for each week.”
Lammons had an interception on the 1-yard line, a sack, a forced fumble and a career-high 8 tackles in USC’s 20-15 win against East Carolina.
